Germany has been the site of some of the most joyful and most devastating moments in Jewish history, this is why we offer many Jewish heritage tours to Germany.
The community has existed since Medieval times, and a Jewish heritage tour to Berlin is the perfect opportunity to explore the complex history of the Jewish people in Berlin, from ancient times through the Holocaust and all the way to the vibrant, thriving community of modern-day Jewish Berlin.

Meet contemporary Jewish Berlin community members and learn the stories of how they ended up there. Accommodation
The legendary Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, first built in 1907 and located directly at the Brandenburg Gate, is still Germany’s top address after its reopening in 1997. With outstanding personal service and modern comfort, a great tradition is continued at the highest level. The luxury hotel has 307 rooms and 78 suites and offers its guests two restaurants: the gourmet restaurant Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer, which has been awarded two Michelin stars, and the restaurant Quarré with national and international classics.
Housed in what was once the headquarters of the esteemed 19th century Dresden Bank, the Hotel de Rome lies at the heart of Berlin on the historic Bebelplatz square. Perfectly placed to explore, the hotel is just moments away from the boutiques of Friedrichstrasse, as well as the Museum Island, the Reichstag building, Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie and the Jewish museum.
We’re in the Mitte district, next to Gendarmenmarkt cathedrals and the Rausch chocolate shop. Select rooms offer Reichstag dome views, and our hotel features an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, and spa. Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, and the Berlin Wall are within three kilometers.
