Gil Travel is not only recognized by Israel, but also by its local Philadelphia community. In 1994, the Wharton Business Development Center and the Philadelphia Business Journal named Gil Travel as one of the fastest growing private companies in the Delaware Valley. The City of Philadelphia and its Mayor John Street honored our Chairman of the Board Igal Hami with a Citation for Gil Travel’s outstanding service to Philadelphia and Pennsylvania and for forging business partnership with Israel.
Our owners Igal and Iris are proud to be able to be in the forefront of travel to Israel and the Jewish world. Gil Travel is not only a business for our leadership, but also a way of life. Their involvement in both Israel and the US Jewish Community is truly part of their lives.
